Diabetotech NPO (VAT: BE0793532848), located at Ter Heide 2, 9230 Wetteren, Belgium (the “Company” or “Diabetotech”), is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data via www.diabetotech.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.

Your use of the Company’s services and this Site is also governed by the terms of Kajabi, LLC, which provides the technical hosting infrastructure.

Kajabi, LLC acts as a data processor on behalf of Diabetotech and processes personal data solely in accordance with Diabetotech’s instructions and applicable data protection agreements.

As a general policy, no personally identifiable information (such as your name or email address) is automatically collected simply by visiting the Site.
